Chef (Specialist in Indonesian Food) (CF)


Job Vacancy Qualification :
  • D3 Hospitality/Kitchen
  • 5 years experience in specialized production kitchen cooking Indonesian, Malaysian and Other Asian food at famous restaurant / Hotel
  • Please include in your CV your 5 best dishes
  • Strong culinary knowledge on Javanese and Balinese cuisine and influences
  • Able to organize a creative and innovative Indonesian menu
  • Good Menu Knowledge and understand about Cost Control
  • Good knowledge about Hygiene and Sanitation
  • Master Kitchen Administration & Strong Leadership
  • Flexible, self motivated and able to work underpressure
  • Broad Knowledge in Asian food experience is a plus
